Q. Are you insured to walk dogs professionally?

A. Yes, Wildmoor Walkies is insured to professionally walk your dog. Please contact us for more information or to see a copy of our insurance certificate.

Q. Will I always have the same person looking after my pet?

A. Yes, Michelle and Vikki will endeavor to maintain a consistent relationship between themselves and your pet.

Q. Do I need to be home when you collect or drop off my dog?

A. No. Most of our customers are comfortable sharing a set of keys with Wildmoor Walkies to enable us to collect and drop off your dog even if you are not home.

Q. What house key security measures do you have?

A. Your key will be kept secure and away from personal information and no key can be identified to any property. In the unlikely event of your key being lost or stolen, we have key replacement cover under Cliverton Insurance.

Q. Are your dog walkers CRB/DBS checked?

A. Yes, all walkers who have responsibility of customers’ keys are DBS/CRB checked. Please feel free to ask to see our certificates.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. If you have to reschedule or cancel a pet service, please try to give us at least 48 hours notice. We do try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible.

Q. What do you do in case of emergency?

A. We first call you to discuss the situation and agree the best plan of action. If you cannot be reached and medical attention is required we will take your pet to the vet designated by you or if this is not possible, to the nearest vet to our current location.

Q. How can I keep track of how the walks or pet visits are going?

A. Upon request, we will text or email you with a pet update once we return from our walk or visit.

Q. How Does Payment work?

A. We will invoice you on the last day of every month and ask that you pay by cash, bank transfer or cheque.

Q. What areas do you cover?

A. Wildmoor Walkies currently cover the Crowthorne and Sandhurst area and within a 3 mile radius.
